John M. Williams is a partner and is chief of the Insurance Defense department. John is one of the few African American attorneys focusing in insurance litigation and defense in Cincinnati. He and his staff provide legal services to insurance companies, businesses, government agencies and individuals by concentrating in the areas of:

John has tried numerous civil jury and bench trial cases to verdict as counsel for companies, individuals and government agencies. He represents insurance companies and their customers, and corporations in the defense and settlement of bodily injury and property damage lawsuits, including underinsured and uninsured coverage. In partnership with clients, customers, external consultants and experts, his department conducts all phases of litigation, including subrogation disputes.
