John J. Williams

John J. Williams is Of Counsel and has extensive trial experience at all levels in state and federal courts throughout Ohio and Northern Kentucky. His practice areas include employment and labor and he has represented management in various areas involving discrimination, FMLA, ADA, and ERISA litigation. He is actively engaged in all aspects of trial practice. His transactional experience includes representing issuers in public finance transactions, representing lenders in loan transactions, and drafting and reviewing of contracts.
